Schedule:
A typical day will consist of getting up before sunrise for a 2-hour session of sound meditation (nada yoga) and training of the voice followed by breakfast . In the daytime men and women will be divided into different groups for separate tuition. An optional daily one-hour yoga class will be taught before dinner by certified Jivamukti teacher Lilian van Dam, who is also a student of Dhrupad. Some evenings and afternoons will be free with the options to watch movies, socialise in the library, make a fire, take a swim, explore the wild and mountainous surroundings of the house or visit Woodstock with its many shops, galleries and music venues.
