Daily schedule:
1st session: Men and women combined Kharaj (early morning practice) 6 am to 8 am
2nd session Women group practice between 10 am and 11 am
3rd session Men group practice between 11 am and 12 noon
4th session Women group practice between 3 pm and 4 pm
5th session Men group practice between 4 pm and and 5 pm
